Yeah, but Sprint is much smaller than AT&T. Not sure what the numbers are but it may pass muster purely from a market share point of view.

I mean, assuming there's no "but does Trump like you or not?" veto on the process.
In my defense, I was left unsupervised.

The merger would make the new company about the size of Verizon or AT&T:
