Another Yogi Berra argument. She’s just pissed because she’s broke. Exodus? Her net-outward migration fantasy ignores immigration. The population is at a all time record high and has risen 5.5% since 2010. It’s expensive because more and more people want to live here. |

I think Jon is correct. In capitalistic countries, prices go up when there are more people wanting things. If there truly were people leaving New York, prices would decrease as landlords, etc try to encourage people to stay. |
