HOLY CARP!!!
Just saw the highest gas price I’ve ever seen around here, $1.32/litre. ($5.00/gallon).

Still way cheaper than the prices in BC though, it’s closer to $1.50-1.60 there, around $6.00/gallon.

I paid 1.22 Euro for a litre of Diesel this morning.

Regular fuel is around 1.45 Euro for a litre.

About $2.49 a gallon, or $0.65 per litre.

California gas prices are ridiculously high, around $3.50 per gallon here in San Diego

2.39 per gallon this morning. Let me think through my litre calculations here...

There are 2.5 bottles of beer in a litre of beer, and 10 bottles of beer in a gallon, so that would mean there's a lot of beer. Mmmmm, beer!

What were we talking about?

What the hell are you going to do with a liter of diesel?
In my defense, I was left unsupervised.

Pretty sure Klaus still beats you with the exchange rate.

Indeed he does!
Still a bit shocking though, isn't it.....we're paying close to $6 CAD/gallon; compare that to what the Americans here are paying

Oh definitely. It costs me $40-50 to fill up from empty here. I can fill up in Buffalo for under $25.

Worth it to take a few 5 gallon gas cans to Buffalo?

I pay around $100 for a full tank of gas these days. Still too cheap. I’d rather pay $200 and have empty roads in return.

Can’t find anything that says you can’t, but they’d likely charge duty. Probably would still be cheaper. Beer is cheaper, even if they do tax you on the way back. (Sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t.)

If I was driving a pickup, I know I'd have two tanks on that sucker and put in 40-50 gallons at a time.
