Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

Yeah, and baby formula is so expensive they keep it locked up or behind the counter at some retail outlets.

Of course my grandmother didn’t spend a penny on either.

I remember my mother saying they only bought disposable diapers for traveling because they were so expensive. I wonder what they cost in the 60s.

In my defense, I was left unsupervised.

6c by the mid-60s. That was pretty pricey for the day.

HOLY CARP!!!
Taking in the cost of cleaning, are conventional diapers really cheaper than disposable diapers, over, say, the first 3 years of an average infant’s life?

I guess it depends on whether you're using a washing machine or a 5 gallon bucket...Secondly, you can make diapers out of just about any soft material (i.e. t-shirts). So, I guess it depends on whether you're using a commercial; birds-eye diaper vs. a home-made diaper vs. a premium disposable vs. a cheaper disposable.
