HOLY CARP!!!
I started a Facebook page.

I invited all that I had on my friend's list.

If I missed you, or you are not my friend on Facebook (SHAME!) let me know, or here is the link.

Funny, I was just thinking about doing the same thing, but aren't there a number of us that don't participate on FB?
The problem with having an open mind is that people keep trying to put things in it.

If you want trouble, find yourself a redhead
While most folks here know who I am on FB I would just as soon that link not be apparent.

I'm not (for good or bad). For a while, i was in places that had it blocked, and then never signed up after that. I keep wanting to do so, but never do, so far, it is okay.

Hardly. Compare their numbers to the second biggest social network. Oh, that’s instagram, owned by Facebook.

Next up is Twitter, less than half the users of instagram, and less than 1/5 of Facebook.

I'm not saying they die tomorrow. But it doesn't seem to be fashionable among the youngsters anymore. Apps like Snapchat seem to be the latest trend for that audience.

I use FB rarely, but I must also say that I'm sometimes surprised how bad this webpage is. Take the search function, for instance. It has happened to me many times that I saw something on FB and a few days later wanted to look at it again. You'd think that the search function would help you with it, but it doesn't. There is basically no way (that I know of ) of retrieving what you saw earlier. The whole app/web page looks very heavy-weight and bloated. And who in his right mind would every share anything personal, given that every letter you enter into that system is processed in a billion ways and stays there until eternity? The basic assumption FB makes about how humans communicate with each other is broken, in my opinion.

I haven’t used the actual webpage in years, but I have no issues with the iOS app.

Younger people use Instagram more, but that’s just a division of Facebook.

I’ve never looked at numbers over time to see if facebooks numbers have declined, but they’re still far enough in the lead that they don’t really have competition.
