This is CNN.

Priorities. I mean, an hour after a terrorist attack in NYC, what else could be worse?

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

Nobody can with a straight face say with any credibility that 12 diet cokes a day are bad for you. In fact I'd bet real money it is mor benign than a whole number of healthy alternatives.

That said I do believe high sweeteners can trigger an unhealthy diet. I'd focus on the McDonald's, fried chicken and pizza.

But at the end of the day cigarettes and alcohol are more deadly and I don't recall any breaking news on how many cigs a day Obama smoked. :lol2:

Not as bad as watching a few hours of cnn.
The Confederate soldier was peculiar in that he was ever ready to fight, but never ready to submit to the routine duty and discipline of the camp or the march. The soldiers were determined to be soldiers after their own notions, and do their duty, for the love of it, as they thought best. Carlton McCarthy

CNN is the opposition party. It's not even masked anymore and no one will call it out.

The amount of free media th Democratic Party gets is amazing, and yet it can't buy everything.

I’m pretty sure it’s been called out here pretty much daily for about a decade. In fact, as a non TV watcher, pretty much every exposure I have to the name “CNN” is just such a callout.
In my defense, I was left unsupervised.

For about 2 years now it has been so obvious to everyone the need for a call out went away.

They make no secret of the fact that they have hated, hated, hated Mr. Trump 24 hours a day for over 2 years now.

And their fans love it.

During the final year of the Bush administration they started the hate, hate, hate republicans thing but they pretended that they were being impartial. They dropped the pretense a long time ago.

It seems like maybe CNN and Fox News are the yin/yang of the news channels.

One seems to dislike the Republicans, and the other dislike the Democrats.

To me, a person could take the quote below from Copper, and change Mr. Trump to Mr. Obama, change republican to democrat and it would fit the other side.

Basically, neither side has a good claim for being an angel.

I have to disagree. Their main "straight news" guy, Shepard Smith, is a hard core democrat homosexual who hates Trump. Then there's Juan Williams - black, hard core democrat, hates Trump. Just about any program they have that's opinion, they present both sides, using people *from* each side.

I think what it is is that the left lean is so bad everywhere else that seeing the republican side presented fairly looks like cheerleading, because it's the only place you hear any real facts any more.

Not even close.

Yes, generally fox prefers reps over dems, but they have a healthy supply of anti-Trumps.

And very rarely spread the hate for Mr. Obama that cnn has non-stop for Mr. Trump.

CNN The most trusted name in news. Breaking news.... they keep using that news slogan again and again.

Is it that the word "news" simply doesn't mean what it used to.

Back in the day people would say did you here the news and one would say, what happened? Now when they say it you have to ask, where did you hear that from?
