I doubt that but it's unclear without more context. I mean, sure, I could salvage a point from that: "One major problem with our culture is that the behaviors that lead to success and status within the culture itself tend to be fitness reducing." But without some evidence I'm not going to assume the author had that level of understanding. |

If you want trouble, find yourself a redhead

Untrue. They are winning because the fitter are subsidizing them. This is the result of trying to stray too far from nature. |

You are making the same mistake as the author. |

Funny thing is I hear this argument on both sides of the political spectrum. On the left it's that the 'unfit' religious people have more kids, on the right it's that the 'unfit' minorities/welfare recipients do. |

The root fallacy here is assuming that evolution shares one's teleology. It does not. |

HOLY CARP!!!

I don't claim it to be true but the point is obvious. Something along the lines of the bad folk are having more of the kids. Depending on how one quantifies "bad", it's factually true or not true. |
| As a good person, I implore you to do as I, a good person, do. Be good. Do NOT be bad. If you see bad, end bad. End it in yourself, and end it in others. By any means necessary, the good must conquer the bad. Good people know this. Do you know this? Are you good? | |

It's a very politically incorrect idea. I've heard it mostly from the right. |

It's not a mistake, unless yo want to get pissy about how 'evolution' is applied in this case.

I heard Dawkins flirt with it about religious people. Though to be fair he was asked about it and said something like the thought had occurred to him but he wasn’t going to go there. Wanna have fun? In your employee break room ask the crowd whether they think educating girls is fitness-reducing and what if anything we should do about it. |
