Why would any company relocate to that mess, or any other place like that?

If they got enough money from the city that might help.

But that might also wipe out the gains from getting the jobs.

Either way, BLM is not going to help anyone's economy.

The Confederate soldier was peculiar in that he was ever ready to fight, but never ready to submit to the routine duty and discipline of the camp or the march. The soldiers were determined to be soldiers after their own notions, and do their duty, for the love of it, as they thought best. Carlton McCarthy

HOLY CARP!!!
You seem less concerned with anti-transgender bathroom bills taking some Southern cities out of the running. But what the heck. Anything to put the BLM in a bad light, right?

Everyone loves BLM, it's the broken storefront windows and the looting and violence that raise en eyebrow.

My understanding is that there are some people that don't want to live with that sort of thing.

I didn't realize BLM was ever in a good light. What do they do that is positive?

They hate the indiscriminate murder of black people by white police officers.
As a good person, I implore you to do as I, a good person, do. Be good. Do NOT be bad. If you see bad, end bad. End it in yourself, and end it in others. By any means necessary, the good must conquer the bad. Good people know this. Do you know this? Are you good?

St. Louis makes sense the same way Memphis makes sense for Fed Ex.
