HOLY CARP!!!
|
another hot day here; think I'll try some gazpacho. I like elements of all these recipes, but no one stands out as the winner for me....any last words of advice from my trusted kitchen staff at TNCR? 1 2 3 never mind - did the research I should have done to start with....right here in the tncr recipe files...many, many good ideas. Thanks Mik ![]() Edited by sue, Jun 25 2017, 11:28 AM.

I actually went this route gazpacho, but soaked the bread with the veg mixture instead of water, cut back on the oil a bit, and used sherry vinegar instead of red wine. Very different look from Ina's, but I'm quite pleased with the result. Nice to have two versions of this great soup to play with. |

If you want trouble, find yourself a redhead

If anyone can ever find it Legal Xing in Boston, Legal Seafood's hip experimental place in Theater District, has a yellow gazpacho with a tower of crab that is one of the top five things I have ever had. I was seriously addicted. |
