I found this recipe, trying it tonight for the first time. Doesn't it look awesome?

You can't post porn like that without explaining how it's done.

Recipe, please.

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

Yum. That might be tonight. I have tomatoes and basil to use up before I leave town for two or three weeks.

Got the first local sweet corn today!!!

That sounds, and looks really good, jon. That bit of provolone would add just that bit of richness the dish needs to be fab. Saved, for the next 'what the heck am I gonna do with chicken breasts today' episode.

I made a Greek salad and some tzatziki - will grill some Greek-ish meatballs, cook up a batch of white basmati with some lemon peel.

Yep, Jon, that looks delish. I'd marinate the chicken breasts for longer than 30" though -- more like a couple of hours.

I once had a similar dish in a Brazilian restaurant that featured swordfish instead of chicken, and that was good, too.

Oooh, yum. With provolone? I'd be tempted to glop on some feta instead, but then I find lots of excuses for glopping feta (goat is best, imo) on just about anything. Even had some on a stoned wheat thin recently - bit messy to eat, but who cares eh?

Absolutely. Finger-lickin' good.

No, this dish had no cheese, IIRC. Instead a very light, brothy kind of sauce that held the diced fresh tomatoes and something green, maybe fresh baby spinach.

Tonight at Chez Mik is the first sweet corn of the year and bacon-cheddar burgers (no buns).

It was fantastic. Even better than it looks.

Had it with some gazpacho I made earlier in the day. This is my wife's setting. Alas, no wine for me.
