I used it myself this morning, but the word doesn't do the act Justice. OTOH, maybe that is the ultimate insult in Trump's world...

I see where's he's coming from with this, but at the end of the day it doesn't really matter what you call them. My feeling is that it's maybe better to focus on the victims, and not give the perpetrators the attention they seek.

I actually liked the formulation. Specifically because it doesn't implicitly blame society.

If you want trouble, find yourself a redhead
I liked losers but I agree with D'Oh. The only time the perpetrators should be named is on their toe tags.

That word is OK in this context.

It leans a little more toward insult than condemnation and insults sound a little cheap coming from world leaders.

But in this case maybe it's OK. I guess this is part of the package when you don't elect a political hack.

The Confederate soldier was peculiar in that he was ever ready to fight, but never ready to submit to the routine duty and discipline of the camp or the march. The soldiers were determined to be soldiers after their own notions, and do their duty, for the love of it, as they thought best. Carlton McCarthy
