Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

Cool!

I love Vivaldi. It's the only classical music that doesn't make me want to gouge my ears out.

I was never all that impressed with Bobby McFerrin until a few years ago. What changed my mind is how damn *musical* he is. Of course, his voice is a remarkable instrument over which he has fantastic control. That's what makes this video so much fun. He does, indeed, make his voice an *instrument*, rather than just some guy singing. Putting aside how he sounds like a cello, his control, intonation and delight in Vivaldi shine throughout dominate the 15 minutes.

I found it interesting to see how intense the female soloist was - reading the score, paying attention, etc. For McFerrin, it all came so naturally - like a language that he had been speaking all his life.
