There's a plug-in for your browser called "Honey." It works with Firefox, Safari and (I think) Chrome.

When you go shopping for stuff, it seeks out and applies coupon codes to your purchase. As of now, it's for about 100 retailers (Staples, Pizza Hut, H&R Block, and the ever-popular E-Harmony), but I won't be surprised if there are more to come.

Sidney needed some more food today, and I ordered from PetCo, as well as cat food for The Bee. The total came to about $100, but Honey found $15 worth of coupons that were applied as I checked out.

Also worked when I rented a car from Hertz for our Oregon trip next June.

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

Identifying narcissists isn't difficult. Just look for the person who is constantly fishing for compliments
and admiration while breaking down over even the slightest bit of criticism.

We have the freedom to choose our actions, but we do not get to choose our consequences.

Seems to me, I installed this earlier this year and it didn't seem to work, at the time, with Amazon. I'd see the button, but the deal wasn't any better than what I found. So I uninstalled it.

Sounds like they may have fixed it, so I'll give it a try again and report back. If jon can save money with it, anybody should be able to use it.

Have you shopped at Jet.com?

Prices are similar to Amazon, and the delivery might not be as fast. But the upsides are

1) I can earn points by shopping there
2) An order over $35 ships free
3) If you "opt out of free returns" for some items, the price drops
4) The more items you put in your cart, the more the price falls for everything.

So, if I buy paper towels, I pay $8.99:

But, if I buy more, the price falls:

And, if I add other stuff, like cat food and shampoo, the price falls even more.

The price at Amazon for those same paper towels: $8.99.

I haven't. I only heard about them recently while reading this piece: https://www.bloomberg.com/news/features/2017-05-04/can-wal-mart-s-expensive-new-e-commerce-operation-compete-with-amazon

I did used to shop at the founders old site - diapers.com.
In my defense, I was left unsupervised.

Jet.com is owned by Walmart. In some areas they have begun allowing online orders and then picking them up at your local store. I haven't used them yet, but my wife has ordered from them several times with much success.

Have you shopped at Jet.com?

I just signed up.

I was going to buy a couple things at Amazon so I compared the prices to Jet.

Jet was about $1 cheaper on an $18 order. I figured why send an extra dollar to Amazon for the same stuff?
