Good question. There are many metrics that others have used, including (as I mentioned) maternal mortality, "patient satisfaction," and other "soft" measurements. In this study, they measure infrastructure, basic health outcomes (both objective and subjective), and preventive care. And this: What the HELL is "environmental beauty"? |
