How do you train to hike? By hiking. Go do some of the easier stretches, then work your way up. |

Exactly. It only took two backpacking trips to realize that I couldn't take my tent, sleeping bag, and cast iron Dutch Oven. Next trip I'm leaving the bag and tent behind. |
