It was Feb. 20 when Ross Perot indicated his willingness to run but only if his supporters got him onto all 50 ballots. They got him on all 50. The rules may have changed since 1992 and maybe because of him.
	The Confederate soldier was peculiar in that he was ever ready to fight, but never ready to submit to the routine duty and discipline of the camp or the march.
