Catseye's post reminded me of this. Paying HOA fees, Aqua style: (1) Keep in mind the current cost of stamps. (2) When you receive your HOA bill in the mail, always underpay by much less than the cost of a stamp. (3) Enjoy receiving a notice or two in the mail about this. (4) When you pay for the following month, make up the difference but again underpay by the above mentioned amount. Wash, rinse, repeat. |
