HOLY CARP!!!
Recently I received as a present from a patient a bottle of French creme de cassis

It's used to make kir

Kir Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
1 part crème de cassis (blackcurrant liqueur)
4 parts dry white wine, such as Chardonnay

When I came home late after finishing a long day , Mrs. Bach had prepared two glasses of kir, to have before our baked salmon dinner.

I love Mrs Bach.

Nice. Even better with bubbles.

Yeah, but Mrs Bach would kill him.
In my defense, I was left unsupervised.
