1) Absolutely no photos! :lol2: Well, maybe of the desk and treadmill.

2) Logitech 550 with laser mouse.

Hubby is trying the weight gym right now, with daughter coaching him. Hilarious! :lol2:

1.9 mph is comfortable already, and with practice I should be able to go faster.

50 minutes for the first walk. Walking instead of sitting while I read, post here, check emails, etc. Yay!

I can see reading while on the treadmill, but I can't imagine typing for any length of time....I would think having your body moving while trying to type would be very uncomfortable, no? Put a lot of stress on your arms? Curious minds want to know :)

George, remind me which picture service you recommended before. Photobucket didn't work out last time.

I don't do a lot of typing anyway, mostly just quick emails for work. Actually, the typing is easy, but the fine pinpoint use of the cursor is harder. Many times that can be traded for more use of the arrows.

We made sure the desk works with the incline feature of the treadmill, too.

Love it! I got myself an electric sitting/standing desk at work in 2015. I love it. It is designed so I could add a treadmill at some point.

The facility I contracted for in 2013 had them. They were great.

I've been wanting to get this for quite a while. Last winter is when I first started to look at treadmills. Then I heard about the desk idea and started searching for plans to build one to go with the treadmill. Most do not intend to accommodate a treadmill with an incline function, but we designed ours to do so. It just took some tweaking to make that part work. The desk can handle up to a 7.5 % incline, and I would only take it to 6% anyway.

Hubby thinks he wants to use the higher incline settings, but 7.5% is actually quite steep. He'll be surprised how fast his legs wear out with that much of a grade. He's not a mountain climber. :lol2:

Did you get a chance to try one there?

We're looking at getting sit/stand desks at work soon (hand crack type). I may get something for home, if I find I like working like that. Never thought of the treadmill addition though - food for thought.

I can't stand in one place for long, but I can walk for miles. Standing still makes me ache all over, but walking is great.
