HOLY CARP!!!
We made a trek to Ikea this afternoon. Quite proud of us - in and out in under an hour! Just like the store, we were efficient. The item I'm most excited about - a wok. I'm doing stir fry for dinner! ^_^
And how are you today?

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

Does the wok come with an Allen wrench?

Ah, I did miss it here. :lol2:

We didn't really think to do a stir fry until we were already home. So, it ended up being chicken, steamed broccoli (one of the microwave steam bags), white rice, and peanut sauce. I would have preferred fresh broccoli so it was more crisp. Also more veggies. For the ingredients we had, it was palatable.

I did enjoy it very much. I've always wanted one. Believe it or not, bach, it came assembled!
And how are you today?

Not really :lol2: I just put oil in the wok, then added the chicken. Gotta get the laughs in!

And with this edit, I will say I only edited the previously edited post to apologize to you. I felt it was weird to just have a post of "haha"

IKEA is likely the world’s largest single consumer of wood.

The Swedish conglomerate needs about 1% of the world’s wood supply to make the furniture sold in its roughly 300 global stores, according to Pacific Standard.

The company needs so much wood, in fact, that Swedwood, a subsidiary company, handles production of all wood-based furniture. Outraged as many may be, critics and their eco-conscience friends might pause before deciding to chain themselves to a forest of Scandinavian trees, the company has a sustainability plan for all this wood.

We put a nightstand together today. So far we've survived 3 trips to Ikea, and assembling 3 items of furniture without it getting to blows or arguments.
And how are you today?
