HOLY CARP!!!

Interesting story. And beneath it all--it was a Fiat. The war train Zaamurets was the behemoth of the 1910s and 1920s. Heavily armored. Bristling with guns. Everywhere it went, Zaamurets was the biggest, baddest thing around. Not many foes could touch it. If you possessed this train, you ruled the rails of early 20th-century Eurasia. Even more stunning, this awesome, self-propelled war machine went on a journey across the world. The years-long voyage carried the train through Ukraine, Russia and China — illustrating the chaos and uncertainty of the era. The leviathan served in Tsarist, Bolshevik, Czech, White Russian and several Chinese armies. https://medium.com/war-is-boring/a-remarkable-armored-train-fought-its-way-across-eurasia-db3e3180b50c |

If you want trouble, find yourself a redhead
|
Great read. I had never heard of such things. It is difficult to imagine two 60 HP Fiats propelling an armored behemoth. |

Interesting, and I was skeptical when I first saw Astrotrain in Transformers. |

It doesn't seem like much of an offensive weapon. I mean, any freedom fighter can destroy the tracks a few clicks upstream from the beast. |
| In my defense, I was left unsupervised. | |
