The house has wifi, hookups for a washer/dryer, a well-supplied kitchen, garden area, fruit trees, abundant roses, space for art projects outside. We host the occasional house dinners, fire-pit fires, bbqs, potlucks, art parties, drag shows, or dance parties. The house does not have cable or satellite, any tv in the common area, a microwave, or passive-aggressive communications.

Please note:*** As a house, we all try to keep the oppressive -isms outside our gate and beyond our front doors, so if you are attached to hard drugs, excessive alcohol, white supremacy, patriarchy, ableism, racism, classism, colonization, homophobia, transphobia, immigrant-bashing, victim-blaming, slut-shaming, etc, etc. best keep looking elsewhere, doubt we'd be a good fit for you. We use natural household cleaners and body products in the home and Pachamama (Grandmother Earth)- friendly toilet paper. Are very energy/water-conscious - the house is old and the electrical wiring doesn't allow excessive energy consumption. Overall we each strive to live in balance with our other Earth relatives. [Sorry, no pesticides, insecticides, or petro-chemicals used in the home or yard/garden]

Your future roomies: An mid 30's Sagittarius, female-bodied two-spirit, alternatively-able bodied, conscious-omnivoire with a severe gluten/wheat allergy filmmaker/activist/culture carrier. A mid-20's Cancer, female-bodied two-spirit, mostly vegetarian full-time student, jewelery and make-up artist, caretaker of two cat companions, activist. An early 20's Libra, female-bodied, queer, writer and tech wiz who works a lot. We each can be social or secluded; have a pleasant exchange of hellos or hold an in-depth cosmic conversation; value self-actualization, authentic communications, and active decolonization. Each person cleans up after themselves and does a share of the household chores and yard work. We like each other but don't necessarily have to stay in each other's business.

Oh.. as for the rest of the ad....

It would be worth 650 just to see the look on their faces when they came to the door and saw me...... hahahahahaha

When we were there, I saw a 1 bedroom for $3,500 - parking, of course, not included.

The next to last sentence in the ad says.. "Upon what indigenous peoples/ first nations' land do you currently live?"

So I'd want to show up in full head dress and war paint. When they opened the door I'd tell them to get out, I was there to take back my land.... lol

I'd have to go out and buy a head dress somewhere though.. my old one is getting a little frayed...

Have to admit, this thread was really Larry-Bait. Glad to see it worked.

And I would pay a fair amount of good money to watch what you propose. I'd pay even more to see what their reasons for not accepting you are.

AFAIK, Cherokees don't wear headdress like the plains tribes.

Although it does look pretty good on some folks...
