We will probably take in a movie. Candidates are Interstellar, Gone Girl and St. Vincent.

Recommendations? Warnings?

We are going to see it tonight.

Cheers
My first reaction was 'Instellar what?'

So put me in the 'no' column.
In my defense, I was left unsupervised.

Yeah, well, it's a movie. So what else can you say about it?

Anybody else find a huge paradox in the movie?

This paradox was totally avoidable except then you wouldn't have had the M Night Shyamalan type of twist at the end. I walked out of the theater pleased and having thoroughly enjoyed the movie, but then as I started thinking about it, I started seeing major flaws.

The willing suspension of disbelief.

Of course that more applies to politics these days than entertainment, but c'est la vie.

And speaking of relativity, I had estimated the movie lasted around 17 years. I was fully expecting to come home and find out Luke had graduated college.

Saw I yesterday. Yes, the paradox for sure. But overall I found it an outstanding piece of science fiction. Outstanding pacing.
