Maybe we'll be governing a la the Constitution.

I understand your cynicism. I used to be far more cynical about these things. In the end, one of them is going to be in power and you have to decide which you think is best. Otherwise your citizenship counts for nothing.

It's the worst government ever except for all the ones that came before and most all after.

Congressional approval ratings are at a 40-year low.

Everyone else has managed to figure it out; what's taking you so long?

So you think it can't change with a shift of power? I think it can. I grew up with Watergate then Carter. It can and will get better.

I think it's beyond obvious that career politicians who spend billions of dollars—we're up to billions now—of other people's money to keep their own jobs are in no position to make any hard decisions that could piss people off. They need to market themselves as being good for everybody and so therefore they're only good for themselves.

Voting for who you think is going to win anyway is worse than not voting at all.
I cite irreconcilable differences.

Of all the potential of GOP's total control of Congress, his top two priorities are the Key Stone Pipeline and cutting business tax rates.

It's "return to normalcy" of sort to see a GOP-leaning pundit talking about cutting tax rates again.

And he probably thinks the country is in pretty good shape seeing that, of all the issues that he can pick on, he picked a pipeline and business tax rates. In any case, I suppose it's an improvement that "repeal ObamaCare" is no longer a priority.

He speculates about events that may diminish Hillary Clinton's chances in 2016, yet he has no word on who he would like to see winning 2016. It appears it continues to be easier to be against someone than for someone.

... Republicans should also remind everyone that a nation that’s strong at home is one that becomes strong abroad. ...
This part, by itself, I actually like. It's Jon Huntsman's oft repeated theme back in 2012, and Huntsman was the only candidate who espoused that theme. Seeing how Gov. Huntsman got eliminated in the primary rather quickly, I wonder how a message like this will play in the GOP primary in 2016.

Lately I have been wearing only shoes that do not require any shoe lace.

That article is delusional. Conservative revolution - give me a freaking break.

Believing in something because you want it to be true doesn't make any sense, and is eerily reminiscent of the idiocy spouted by liberals before Obama got elected. Wake up and smell the Koolaid.

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.
