If Mohamedans can prohibit non Mohamedans from entering Mecca and Medina, then I see no reason this entrepreneur cannot prohibit Mohamedans from trespassing on her property. After all it's a gun range and if the Saracens trespass it's entirely
at their own peril.
IOW, Muslims don't let non-muslims into their holiest places of worship, and apparently Americans are now doing the same.
Never thought of it that way, but yes there could be a corolation there.
Ain't no correlation to it.

The average American spends 45 minutes a day buying ****, and 13 on religious activities. The folks who claim this to be a Christian nation are giving lip service.
Thanks for bringing my spelling error to my attention. I didn't think it was right when I posted it. As for the rest of my post, I wouldn't take it too seriously.

Identifying narcissists isn't difficult. Just look for the person who is constantly fishing for compliments
and admiration while breaking down over even the slightest bit of criticism.

The fact is that we spend a lot more time buying stuff than we do on religious activities.

Almost all of that buying time is spent buying religious stuff.

And the rest is spent buying stuff to support buying religious stuff.
The Confederate soldier was peculiar in that he was ever ready to fight, but never ready to submit to the routine duty and discipline of the camp or the march. The soldiers were determined to be soldiers after their own notions, and do their duty, for the love of it, as they thought best. Carlton McCarthy

She doesn't have to according to ATF guidelines. She just has to have concerns. This is a rare example of adults being asked to use their best judgement.

Is it your judgment that she has used good judgment in this instance?

I think her concerns are legitimate, and as a private business, she can refuse to do business with whomever she wishes. The civilized world, (including several Middle Eastern countries), are embroiled in WWIII. Every civilized nation, including Arab and Communist nations, are at war with Islamic Fascism and Jihadist terrorists. The civilized world has been asleep at the switch since the late sixties, when the Israeli Olympians were abducted and murdered by Islamic terrorists. The problem has since grown to epic proportions.

France, Germany, Belgium, Australia, Britain, Canada, Denmark, Netherlands, Spain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Israel, etc. All of these are at war with radicalized Islam. It's World War III. It's a war that truly spans the globe. China and Russia have had their problems with Islamic terrorism.

After the attack on Pearl Harbor, any and all Japanese Americans were divested of their businesses, land, and homes, and were moved to interment camps. We didn't do this with the Arabs after 9/11. I wonder now, in hindsight, if we should have.

In any case, If people are pissed off at this proprietor, they can boycott her shop. It's simply the way Capitalism works. (Oh wait: I forgot! In this day and age, people can just whine and bitch about whatever they want, and everyone else has to be "tolerant," and yield to their whiny asses. Oh brave new world!)

I don't know Ax, what do YOU think? Did she use good judgement? Why or why not? Why would the ATF ask her to do so if they didn't mean it?

Like Frank says, if people don't like what she is doing then they have the choice to spend their money elsewhere.

FFL holders do have some latitude in the judgement process. For instance, if somebody tried to buy a weapon from me and I thought they were acting a bit unstable, I could certainly refuse to sell them one.

And then, there are rigid rules that don't make sense...Say you are going through tough times in your marriage and the little lady decides to get even with you. She bangs her head against a door jam and calls the cops. You will be arrested for domestic violence.

Later the truth comes out and you are exonerated. Doesn't matter... The law says that if you have ever been arrested for DM, not convicted, arrested, you are now unable to legally purchase a firearm.
The main obstacle to a stable and just world order is the United States.- George Soros
