School officials used a 14 year old special needs girl as 'bait' to catch rapist. The adults were waiting in the bathroom where they figured he'd take her, but they guessed wrong... he took her to a different bathroom and anally raped her.

Oh, all this on school grounds.

In my defense, I was left unsupervised.

Why was the school staff so stupid as to think they needed to play cop? That's the role of law enforcement. How could they be so incredibly stupid?

Yes, they deserve to be sued, and they deserve to be charged with a number of other crimes, child endangerment being top of the list.

The rapist needs to removed from the school, and it did not require entrapment by the staff to have him removed.

What a foul mess. Heads need to roll. These people are not intelligent enough or responsible enough to be in these careers.
