O. K. I just got a call on a survey from my bank. Q. Have you visited local branch within the last three day's ?. A.Yes, Friday.
Q. did you interact with a teller? A. yes. Q. Was your visit to the bank a pleasent one? A. Well, the reason I interacted with a teller
was the A T M was not working............She lost it, had no way to put that in the survey. She wanted to start over. I said no thanks and hung up.
