Looks like it is doing well at the box office.

The best edition of the book is probably the one that LSU did several years ago, as it is pretty heavily annotated with explanations and subsequent research. I think it is one of the better books written on the subject of slavery, as it is less of a morality play and more of an actual account of both good and bad people in a crumbling societal system.
