The Confederate soldier was peculiar in that he was ever ready to fight, but never ready to submit to the routine duty and discipline of the camp or the march. The soldiers were determined to be soldiers after their own notions, and do their duty, for the love of it, as they thought best. Carlton McCarthy | |

Made it to the account page! Filled in a few pages, but when I got to the security questions page the pull-downs were all blank - no questions. I answered anyway, buy got booted, I think, because all three questions were the same - blank. I gave 3 different answers.

You bring up a good point. This is all to be expected. Amazon might not be able to handle this kind of load. One would have thought that they might have encouraged people to not all access the site on day one - but what do I know? |

You aren't going to buy through an exchange anyway. You already have insurance. Why are clogging up the system? |

I seriously doubt most people on there are trying to buy insurance but they want to see what is there. We are paying for it and that is our right, so suck it up. |

I buy individual insurance for myself, I'm always shopping. And I am also looking for a subsidy. I might let you guys pick up part of my tab. As usual the people who don't need it will probably get the most benefit. |

Looks like the gov. is using the private sector model - shipped and flawed is better than not shipped at all. Wait for perfect and we wouldn't have a Windows operating system to this day - or an Apple one either. |

You cannot possibly account for everything that will happen and you should not create a system to account for unreasonable spikes like this. No harm, no foul here. |
