Pretty sure that was a simple dance to improvise.
Step 1: Smile and wave arms around.
Step 2: The sprinkler.
Step 3: Repeat step 1.
Step 4: Repeat step 2.
Rinse, Repeat.
For variation, make an upside down monocole with your first and second finger.
