HOLY CARP!!!
Just a random opinion that the two sides happen to share. Nobody knows why.
As a good person, I implore you to do as I, a good person, do. Be good. Do NOT be bad. If you see bad, end bad. End it in yourself, and end it in others. By any means necessary, the good must conquer the bad. Good people know this. Do you know this? Are you good?

I think they might mean moderation of junk food intake, but I'm not sure. They weren't specific.

one of the angels
when we were kids we'd stock up on lunch 'snacks' at the day old bakery. ding dongs, twinkies, apple pies, honeybuns etc. I'd eat the twinkies and those pink raspberry coconut twinkies! .... they were pretty good.

I remember surpassing the 101 pounds when i was a freshman. just when i tried out for that part in South Pacific.. (didn't get it).
it behooves me to behold
