Anybody had good luck freezing them for use later? I would fully bake them and then freeze individually. Would the dough stay nice after thawing and microwaving, or would it get soggy?

A soggy calzone would be as sad as a soggy tater tot. (Hi, George! )

Considering some homemade lunch options for hubby and daughter.

Never tried freezing them; even when I make extra they are still gone within the week :) I would think they would freeze okay though. I do freeze breakfast burritos and that works great; I don't thaw them first just pop in the microwave to reheat, of course the tortilla is different texture and thinner than the calzone crust dough. I LOVE calzones and would love to hear how it turns out if you try it.
