HOLY CARP!!!
I have a bunch of key limes that are ready to pick. The only thing I can think of is key lime pie.

Any other ideas?

Marmalade.

Feel free to send me a dozen. I love them. Great in salad instead
of Vinegar. Squeezed on seafood. Couple drops in dark strong Italian coffee. In Mexico as you know they go great with any beer. Instead of Cocktail sauce, squeez lots on cold peeled shrimp. Lots of old world Italians put a couple drops on the yellow of fried eggs. Olive oil and lime juice and sliced black olives, Garlic, and grated cheese over Angel Hair Pasta. NUFF?

And YUMMY, Vince!!

Also good in whiskey sours - and margaritas.

I always leap to purchase jars of lime curd when I see it imported (always British), but it strikes me as hard to make at home. If anybody knows how, I heartily recommend it. Posted Image
