... you know, the one with the Meyer lemons. Yum! I made it tonight. I tweaked it a bit. First, I used fresh grated ginger instead of powdered, and the paprika in my kitchen happens to be smoked instead of regular. Minor deviations. That's a keeper to add to the regular rotation. And I have a huge amount of sauce left over to add to various other things (like rice). |

Hmm. I've been making "Moroccan Chicken" (ala Claudia Roden - one of her many versions), only the one my house loves, focuses on flavoring it with loads of fresh garlic, lemons and turmeric. Also, we add chickpeas. When it chills, it actually slightly gels. This is the first I've ever heard the term "Moroccan Chicken" as anything BUT the above. Anyone familiar with this version? |
