Just toss em in with a big ol bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's. Easy as pie.

Sides? Keep it simple. Cole Slaw and Corn on the Cob.
The problem with having an open mind is that people keep trying to put things in it.

Dont y'all feel sorry for those poor boneless pigs?

Back to subject...

Cole slaw, baked beans, corn on the cob, baked sweet potatoes and tater salad are all good barbeque side dishes.

Add 1 cup of Captian Morgan Rum to the sweet baby rays and let it slow cook about 6 to 8 hours depending on how many ribs you get in it.

I made home made Cole slaw.
I seasoned Brussels Sprouts with Mushrooms,
to be steamed at the last five minutes.
Potatos are baking.
The Pork Ribs have been infused with sliced Garlic,
and slathered with Barb. sauce.
It's laying in the slow cooker on a layer of sliced
white Onion, carrots, garlic, Celery, and fresh Parsley.
Been there since noon.
I'm sampling (as I write) A Masciarelli, Montepulciano
D'Abrusso, 2009.
