... the two will face off in a 90-minute debate at George Washington University in Washington, DC on October 6. The debate, modeled after the presidential debates and dubbed "The Rumble In The Air-Conditioned Auditorium," will be livestreamed for a fee, with half of the proceeds going to charity. ...

This may turn out to be the most interesting debate during this whole election cycle! :D

Yes they will spend 90 minutes interupting each other. And whenever Stewart can't make a point he will make a funny face and tell a silly joke. And the Student crowd in the audience will laugh, and scream,
and applaud. And the next day all of the press will say Stewart Burried
O'Riley. Yeah I'll pay to watch that.

That sounds about right.
The Confederate soldier was peculiar in that he was ever ready to fight, but never ready to submit to the routine duty and discipline of the camp or the march. The soldiers were determined to be soldiers after their own notions, and do their duty, for the love of it, as they thought best. Carlton McCarthy

Life audience tickets sold out:

http://www.politico.com/blogs/media/2012/09/jon-stewartbill-oreilly-debate-sells-out-135990.html?hp=f2

Original ticket prices ranged from $75 to $100 (with limited number of student tickets priced at $25). Now scalpers are selling them for anywhere from $459 to $1,200 a piece.

But online streaming is still available for $4.95.

O'Rielly and Stewart both get on my nerves. So I'd rather avoid watching these two together.

I streamed it through Roku and it was a bit fuzzy in the beginning, but it stabilized fairly quickly.

The best part of the debate was Stewart's, uh, "height adjuster". Hilarious.
