gazpacho as appetizer

steaks on grill, with spinach and grilled potatoes

tonight im having as a dinner guest, a prof who is a big time journal editor with about 150 publications.

and he told me he likes italian wine so im pulling out of the cellar a 2006 amarone.

fresh cherries for dessert

no its not a bribe to help me get more manuscripts published, not at all. :D

That looks good.........BUT WTF is the Tabasco?

I have a large jar of Korean Hot Chili Sauce. A teaspoon of it
in Gazpacho is a nice touch........Also Bloody Mary's.

Some srirachi would do it some good, but the raw onions add a bit of heat too.
