I promise a full trip report by next weekend... but in the mean time let me leave you with this one photo of my lunch yesterday. It wasn't the best meal I had on vacation but it was the best looking meal.

Like most fish tacos, it was fried. The problem with fried is it tastes like fried. Doesn't matter if its calamari, grouper, mozzarella, zucchini, or ice cream. It still tastes like fried.


So it was just ok. But the chutney was awesome. And so was the agua de hibiscus.

I gotta say, one of the things I'm thoroughly enjoying here is ginger wine. Can you get that back home at all? 'Cause if not I might buy me a case or two and ship it over, it really is that good.
