AFAIK, the southern portion of the pipeline was not controversial. It's the northern part that the environmentalists objected to. Also it's been almost a month since TransCanada said that they're building the southern portion of the pipeline. Now, Obama jumps on the boat? |

Cool, I missed that a month ago. To me its significant that they make it public that the ultimate decision was never in doubt. Of course I knew it was never in doubt, but its nice to see public confirmation, whether that happened today or a month ago. |
