Tried this Pad Thai recipe from a recent Bon Appetit. Very good, although I ended up with too much tamarind using the paste into water method -- but it's very goopy to measure. Just a tip to add the tamarind solution to the pan in doses. http://www.bonappetit.com/recipes/2012/01/pad-thai
