Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

HOLY CARP!!!
That's pretty cool. Lego is always a good investment. Heck, someday you'll have grandkids. :)

I think we've talked about this before, but one of the reasons I posted this is that I am amazed the people will buy a "kit" of LEGOs that involves nothing more than following (admittedly complicated) instructions to achieve the result.

In the days that dinosaurs walked the earth, the "build it yourself" toys (Tinker Toys, Erector Sets and the like) had no instructions, other than the "here's how you do it" instructions. Let your imagination go nuts and build something.

That's not to demean the people who enjoy building models, I was one of them, but somehow, building a scale model of something strikes me as different from taking (a bunch of) bags of LEGOs and snapping them together to build something that, sort of, resembles something.

George if it's ok, and since you've said you enjoy the DIY approach, instead of sending a $ contribution to the kit, I will donate 10 grey bricks.

:lol2: As long as John hasn't stepped on them with his bare feet in the middle of the night, I'd be honored to accept them.

Hmmm. How about if I spray them with Chlorox first, just to be on the safe side? John's feet are revolting.
Pfft.
