Cannot think of a thing to make. Maybe shellfish.

Any ideas for a relatively easy and light Christmas dinner?
Grilled prawns, mangos and turkey rolls is what's goin' on here!
I cite irreconcilable differences.

HOLY CARP!!!
Dean and Deluca has an excellent lump crabmeat crabcake recipe. Very little filler. Baked, not fried.

If you want trouble, find yourself a redhead
Thanks, R2! I'll look for it. Baked sounds much better.

sounds good. one day I'll have a Christmas in a warmer clime. It's years like this, where we will have a warm, rainy holiday, that I think of jumping ship and doing something different. Instead of whinging endlessly about how I wish it would snow. Which I tend to do. :P
