I actually thought it appeared that the box did have some heft to it, based on how it swung as he brought it out of the truck. What I didn't understand was a news report that said that the customer "did everything they could before posting the video". I can't believe that - I would think any company would fall all over themselves to make things right and keep a video showing such poor service from going viral. |
