Must have been the lightest computer monitor in the world. Did you notice that when he swung it up, the handle never even shifted position?

Fake.
Might want to read the statement from FedEx that jon posted.
I've read it. It still doesn't add up. The box doesn't move in anyway that one would expect if holding a 10-15 lb monitor in it, and neither does his exertion. And now we have a nameless customer and a nameless employee.
I actually thought it appeared that the box did have some heft to it, based on how it swung as he brought it out of the truck.

What I didn't understand was a news report that said that the customer "did everything they could before posting the video". I can't believe that - I would think any company would fall all over themselves to make things right and keep a video showing such poor service from going viral.

I wonder how long it'll be before we start seeing adjectives and verbs to reflect this: "I got my delivery yesterday, but it was all Fed-Ex'ed up and I had to return it."

Or, "Hey, just Fed-Ex it, man, we're in a hurry!"
I've heard them referred now as FedEx-convicts
But that's no joke. A great many people who work the Fed-Ex sorting rooms are ex-cons.
I cite irreconcilable differences.

You, uh, haven't had much experience dealing with Verizon Crapcast Apple AT&T McDonald's Barnes&Noble Borders some of those big companies, I take it.
