Homemade empanadas. George inspired me. Man, those suckers take a lot of effort.

That's funny, bach. I'm eating penne with fresh tomato sauce as I write this. High fiber pasta.

Its actually pureed, sort of.

You steam it in a bit of water on the stove, then drain it well, transfer it to a food processor to puree.

Put it back in the pan warm, and add a generous amount of blue cheese, mix it in. Add a bit of pepper too.

Its lovely. I say its 'sort of' a puree, because its more grainy than wet when done, more like the consistency of couscous.

My daughter just got home yesterday afternoon until mid-January and loves broccoli. We'll probably have it tonight with duck in a blackberry-port sauce.

As a good person, I implore you to do as I, a good person, do. Be good. Do NOT be bad. If you see bad, end bad. End it in yourself, and end it in others. By any means necessary, the good must conquer the bad. Good people know this. Do you know this? Are you good?
