If you want trouble, find yourself a redhead
The plot thickens but is not terribly interesting yet. Hopefully tonight will be better.

I've only caught 2 episodes. Is it worth going back and catching on VOD?
The problem with having an open mind is that people keep trying to put things in it.

I've watched 3.

It reminds me (for obvious reasons) of Deadwood.

It reminds me (for another reason) of Deadwood - no direction.* I want a *story* that grabs me (like the high school chemistry teacher that starts dealing crystal meth, or the funeral home, or the likable serial killer, or the concept of "The Sopranos" on motorcycles). So far, this hasn't grabbed me. I'll give it a chance, but as of two weeks ago, I'm saying "meh."

* Deadwood was interesting, primarily because we hadn't seen anything like it to date. Once the novelty wore off, and you stopped saying "Wow, he's a good actor" and "Wow, *he's a good actor too!*, you said, "Give me something compelling, something to look forward to next week. Deadwood, despite all the good acting, great sets, and shock value, didn't deliver on those scores, and I gave up.

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

I'm feeling a building of suspense and intrigue here, but I am not sure where much of any surprise or real interest is coming in. Plus, I'm not loving any of the characters yet.
