I'm going through a no Italian food for day's crash. I've got to have something red and with olive oil in it. Couple friends (Irish) feel the same. So their coming over tonight and I'm making a very large pot of Bolognese Sauce. Nice Salad, my Italian dressing, a loaf of hot Italian bread with my home made dipping sauce. And a really nice Beaujolais Nouveau, picked up a week ago. Nothing before dinner except the olives in the mandatory Martini's. |

Real easy. In a sealable small container (Jar) 1 & 1/2 Cups Olive Oil (non EV) Three or four gloves of garlic just halfed I/2 tsp Oregano (dry) Hand full of torn up fresh Basil. 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper. Allow to sit overnight or at least a few hours. Lasts for a few weeks. You can add oil to it as you use it up. |

Ah, I hear you. Tonight we're having salmon, made MS' way (tomato/shallot/capers), and broccoli w/ garlic and parmesan. |
| In my defense, I was left unsupervised. | |
