But it's only one! Usually we can have several contentious threads at once here.

If you want trouble, find yourself a redhead
I don't know about anyone else, I'm just plain tired. Putting on a Thanksgiving feast seems like a lot more work than it used to.

That seems true of many things. :lol2:

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

Yes, it's a weekend for relaxing for many, but not at our house. The facia boards and crown moldings are going up now. They're almost done, and then the toe kicks will ........ kick in.

Oh, you know I couldn't resist that. :)

Is it the tryptophan?
Pretty sure that's a myth. The amount you'd have to ingest to have an effect must be fairly big since you're diluting it with food, and wouldn't the heaping mounds of calorie-rich foods with sky-high glycemic indexes be the reason you pass out after dinner?
I cite irreconcilable differences.

Well brenda, I've tried to do my part. But I've got to pass the baton on to someone else now; I've filled my quota. ^_^

I have to ask brenda, do you always spell your name without a capital letter. It makes you seem more mellow than most.

One person here has three capitals in their nom de plume

Every morning the soul is once again as good as new, and again one offers it to one's brothers & sisters in life.
