Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

I'm curious if certain northern europe countries, like Belgium, Norway, Netherlands, should be expecting a collapse soon?

What surprised me is that the US is a lot less "bubbly" than many other countries (the UK for example).

It will be interesting to see what happens if the Chinese ever discover houses.
The Confederate soldier was peculiar in that he was ever ready to fight, but never ready to submit to the routine duty and discipline of the camp or the march. The soldiers were determined to be soldiers after their own notions, and do their duty, for the love of it, as they thought best. Carlton McCarthy

Housing is a bloody nightmare over there. It's almost certain that we could never afford to go back (even if we wanted to) because we're in the North American systen to such an extent.

Some parts of the UK are a lot worse than others, of course. My company has an office in Windsor, of all places, which pretty much means my most obvious return path would be via the second most expensive town in Britain.
What do you mean "we", have you got a mouse in your pocket?

Is the graph inflation-adjusted?

Yes it is. 1970 = 100
