Pretty good cell cam for '67.
My dad gave me a camera for my trip to Austria (fortunately, I had had a year of high-school Austrian under my belt) and Germany. It was a Honeywell Pentax 35 mm SLR. It had no metering (had to carry an external meter) and manual focus. It took great shots, though, particularly when I bracketed the exposure. I developed all the slides myself in my Dad's darkroom.

Two years ago I sold the camera on eBay to some guy in Thailand, I think, for about $35.

I would love to go back. My Austrian German is pretty rusty, to say the least. Asking my bride to sit on a plane for 8 hours is way more than she could endure, considering her back, shoulder and knee problems. But, when she kicks....

Edit to add: I was going to comment in another thread how comfortable you are with American idioms ("high time"), and how, without knowing where you live, one would never know that English is not your first language. Very impressive.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.
