I remember your thread from Dec 2010. Last night, I saw a Twilight Zone program. Kind of scary -- the one about the mannequins. Anyhow, television shows were great back then. Each Twilight Zone program was only 30 minutes long and they packed so much in to the story line. I used to watch them long time ago. Were they more popular than The Alfred Hitchcock Show? |

A very good show! The only DVDs I brought with me moving down here are those from the collection of one of the seasons. I love when they do the marathons at July 4th and New Yearīs. Iīve actually never seen The Alfred Hitchcock Show. And I wasnīt alive when either was first airing, so I couldnīt comment on popularity. Iīd say, though, that years later TZ seems to have developed a bigger following. The mannequin episode is great! |

A friend and I have been watching some old TV shows lately, I'd love to add Twilight Zone to that list. So far it's been Chips and TJ Hooker. Happiness is the theme from TJ Hooker running through your head 24/7. Don't ask me how I know that. |

That was a great episode. Anne Francis went on to star in the show, "Honey West". I've been on a TZ binge the last few months. Netflix has all the episodes. I'm currently on the 5th season, which I think is the last. Some of the photography is the highest resolution I have ever seen of any video source. It's interesting how they use the ultra-high focus, almost like it was a special effect. In those old Hollywood film glamor shots they'd use a ridiculously-soft focus lens, for just a few seconds, when they wanted the female lead to look as luscious as possible. TZ often used their uber-sharp lens, for just a few seconds, to shoot men who are perspiring in a tense situation. |

Identifying narcissists isn't difficult. Just look for the person who is constantly fishing for compliments and admiration while breaking down over even the slightest bit of criticism. We have the freedom to choose our actions, but we do not get to choose our consequences. | |
